2019年,西(xi)門子(zi)中(zhong)央研究院在北京(jing)成立AI Lab China,這是(shi)西(xi)門子(zi)在亞洲的首個AI Lab。AI Lab China為中(zhong)國客戶打(da)開快速(su)了解和應用西(xi)門子(zi)工業人工智能(neng)技術的窗口,幫助客戶快速(su)解鎖人工智能(neng)技術落地(di)其業務的實際可行性。

風電轉子房機器人噴砂—噴鋅—噴涂智能自動線體
1.設備概述:
本套轉子房機器人噴涂產線由兩套噴砂系統、一套噴鋅系統、三套噴漆系統、一套總線控制系統組成。
2.噴砂工位:升(sheng)降驅動(dong)機(ji)構安置(zhi)在立(li)(li)柱腔(qiang)體內,立(li)(li)柱外壁覆蓋橡(xiang)膠板,立(li)(li)柱接縫(feng)處采用護罩及膠板的方式進行封閉,腔(qiang)體內部(bu)的滑軌(gui)上(shang)設置(zhi)有風琴罩。回轉驅動(dong)機(ji)構置(zhi)于立(li)(li)柱上(shang)方并設置(zhi)護罩與廠房頂(ding)部(bu)結合在一起。立(li)(li)柱內部(bu)均采用微正壓的方式減少浮(fu)塵(chen)進入及積(ji)累。
3.噴鋅工位(wei):升(sheng)降驅動機(ji)構安置(zhi)在(zai)立(li)柱(zhu)腔(qiang)(qiang)體內,立(li)柱(zhu)接(jie)縫處采用(yong)護罩(zhao)及(ji)膠板的方式進行封閉,腔(qiang)(qiang)體內部的滑軌上設(she)置(zhi)有風琴罩(zhao)。回轉機(ji)構置(zhi)于立(li)柱(zhu)上方并設(she)置(zhi)護罩(zhao)與廠房頂部結合在(zai)一起(qi)。立(li)柱(zhu)內部均采用(yong)微正壓的方式減少鋅粉(fen)進入(ru)及(ji)積累。
4.噴漆工(gong)位:升降驅(qu)動機(ji)(ji)構(gou)電機(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)FANUC防(fang)爆軸安(an)置(zhi)(zhi)在立柱(zhu)腔體內(nei),立柱(zhu)接縫處采用(yong)(yong)(yong)護罩及膠板的(de)方式進行封閉(bi),腔體內(nei)部的(de)滑軌上(shang)設置(zhi)(zhi)有風琴罩。回轉機(ji)(ji)構(gou)置(zhi)(zhi)于立柱(zhu)上(shang)方并設置(zhi)(zhi)護罩與廠(chang)房頂部結合在一起(qi)。立柱(zhu)內(nei)部均(jun)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)微正(zheng)壓(ya)的(de)方式減少油漆分子進入及積累。
